Frequently asked questions

To save you some time, we have listed the most frequently asked questions. Check if your question is below.

Can I get my examination results over the phone?

We cannot give any examination results over the phone. Results will be sent by mail as soon as possible after your last exam. If your company has several guarantors, we have to wait until all of them have finished their examinations before giving you the results.

I did not pay my licence maintenance dues on time. What should I do now?

You will have to submit a new licence application. If you have not paid the fees and charges to maintain your licence at due date, your licence will cease to have effect. You will have to file a new licence application and submit it to us. As for the licence security, it remains active for 60 days from the date of cancellation of your licence.

However, the guarantor does not need to retake the exam since the competencies remain recognized for 5 years. As for the licence security, it remains active for 60 days after the licence cancellation date.

Can I check the status of my application over the phone?

We cannot tell you the status of your licence application over the phone.

Applications that are complete and compliant are processed within 60 days. Complete and compliant licence applications are processed within 60 days. This excludes primarily periods when we are awaiting information from you and the period between the time you are summoned to examinations and have taken them.

How can I report my continuing education hours?
