This subclass is included, in its entirety, in licence subclass 1.3.
This general contractor can bid on, carry out or have carried out all construction work on buildings of any type, i.e., residential, commercial, industrial, or public whose construction standards, with the exception of agricultural buildings and other exclusions, found in Part 9 of the National Building Code as modified.
Part 9 of the 1995 National Building Code of Canada applies to buildings with no more than 3 storeys and a building area of no more than 600 m² and designed for the following main purposes:
