12.0 Contractor – Manufactured cabinets and counter tops

This subclass authorizes construction work relating to cabinets and countertops as well similar or related construction work.  

Additional explanations

This subclass authorizes, without exceeding the regulatory framework, construction work related to:

  • metal lockers, etc.
  • the fastening of prefabricated furniture
  • laboratory furniture
  • countertops with built-in sinks.

NO LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • the installation of decorative shelves, small mirrors and bathroom accessories (soap dishes, towel racks, mirrors), vertical and horizontal blinds, drapes, curtains, venetian blinds 
  • screen repairs
  • the installation and placement of an awning’s canvas.
