Terms for using the contents

The contents from this website are the property of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), and the RBQ holds exclusive rights of intellectual property over it. As indicated within the Terms of protection of intellectual property rights of the Government of Quebec , it is forbidden to use in any fashion the text, illustrations, documents and all other contents from the RBQ’s website without first having been authorised to do so. To obtain such authorization, you need to contact the central clearing house of the Service de la gestion des droits d’auteur  of Les Publications du Québec. In case of discrepancy between any official text and the content of this website, the official text shall have precedence.

Logo of the RBQ

It is strictly forbidden to use, on any medium or support whatsoever, the logo of the RBQ, as well as the flag symbol which identifies the Government of Quebec.
